Mates Munich

Munich-based MATES is a coworking space and platform for local creatives. Young entrepreneurs, freelancers and start-ups can work together here: where having desk space means being part of a vibrant and well-connected community.

The promise: To be not only at a workplace, but among friends. In addition to the necessary technical infrastructure and a homely ambience, MATES offers its co-workers a wide range of events and workshops.
The goal is to build a strong professional network.

Founded in 2015, the personally managed Space is now already available at two locations centrally in Munich with fixed and flexible workstations as well as team offices and meeting rooms in various sizes. The mixture of retreats and communicative places like the MATES kitchen offers a flexible environment.

After the first MATES in a former coach workshop in Lehel was a great success and the demand soon exceeded its capacity, a second location had to be found.
This is located in the middle of Schwabing in a present corner shop with generous shop windows and central entrance. The property, which was originally divided into 3 shop units, was combined into one property with 350 m2 and was completely renovated by the landlord.
