Not Guilty - Natural Food
The Swiss restaurant chain "not guilty" stands for honest food, imaginatively processed into varied salads and snacks. With a view to expansion, the third location will be created in downtown Zurich in 2013. In this prototype, the philosophy of the "not guilty world" - the "little heaven on Earth", the harmony with nature and the joy of inspiring the guest to "be happy" - is to be implemented in design for the first time. The open, elongated room welcomes the guest with familiar-looking oak parquet flooring and a mixture of delicate white and pastel shades. The eye-catcher in the entrance area is the counter with its colourful salad bar and the menu shelf stylized as a kitchen cupboard, which draws the guest's attention to the back of the restaurant from the outside. Here the central high table rises up, supported by trees made of white lacquered steel tubing that meander down to the ceiling, and invites you to sit down without complications. In addition, the guest room also offers a differentiated range of seating, which guests can use according to their needs. The room is dominated by unaffected materials that are synonymous with the naturalness of the chain. Playful elements and unexpected refinements such as the ribbon ceiling made of linen straps and the cloud-thread graphics made of hemp ropes reflect the love of detail, passion and openness of the "not guilty family".
